Creamy Pistachio, highlighted by sharp and sweet notes from a delicious Raspberry Compote, all packed into a cream filled choux bun! Our already amazing profiteroles, in an unforgettable flavour combination.
Our choux buns are freshly baked and then filled with vanilla creme patissiere, before being smothered with pistachio cream and drizzled with our homemade, very fruity raspberry compote. To finish off these small masterpieces we add a dusting of ground pistachio crumble.
Each pot contains 200-230 grams
This is a generous portion, serving one person.
