I have a question about deliveries and collections

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver! We deliver across most of London. Take a look at our delivery areas here. We deliver 7 days a week, so you can choose the day that best suits you. 

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Pop over to our delivery page to find your postcode (it also give you the delivery fee). Contact us directly if you cannot find your postcode on this list, as we would love to accommodate you anyway we can.

Can I collect my order?

Of course you can. Just choose store pickup at checkout and choose the date and time you want to collect. We are at 35 Topsfield Parade, Tottenham Lane, N8 8PT

Do you do next day delivery?

Yes we do. Please note that we need 24 hours to prepare your order, so make sure you order early enough the day before you want your cake. 

Do you do same day delivery?

We always have a few cakes that can be delivered the very same day, but you need to contact us on the day to see what is in stock. Give us a quick call on 02083740746 and we'll let you know. Most of the time we can arrange same day delivery between 10:00-14:00 but we can't guarantee it..

We have on demand cake slices, which you can order and get delivered the very same day. Pop over to our on demand section to have a look. 

Can I order over the phone?

I have a question about ordering

Do you make custom and bespoke cakes? 

Yes, we love making amazing custom cakes. The best way to do this is to contact us here, or give us a call on 0204 542 6056. Pop over to our Instagram if you want some inspiration. 

Can I add a gift note? 

At checkout you can write a note to go with your cake. Especially if it's a gift or for a celebration, a little note is always a winner. We offer a complimentary gift note service on our unique Punk Cake designed cards.

I have dietary requirements, can I still order from you? 

We cater for all dietary requirements, as we want as many people as possible to be able to enjoy a Punk Cake. Just let us know and we'll make your cake gluten free, dairy free or vegan. This is not possible for all of our products, so please get in touch at hello@punkcake.rocks. We also have a vegan section on our website.

The main allergens are clearly marked on the product page, but if you have still have questions about a product, drop us a line and we'll be happy to help. 

All our cakes are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and gluten are used. Whilst we take care not to cross contaminate we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.

If you have any allergies (whatever that may be) please let us know. If you have a severe allergy please get in touch with us.

Halal

Our recipes are halal by default as we only use free range eggs and quality dairy products. Furthermore, gelatine and alcohol are explicitly mentioned in product description when applicable.

Coeliac

We cannot advise if our gluten free products are suitable for consumption by  someone with coeliac disease.

We take every care not to cross contaminate with any gluten containing ingredients.
However, we don't have a dedicated gluten free preparation area.
