We have been delivering cakes across London since 2019, with our founder Christina Charoniti at the helm. She is our unstoppable idea-factory and master of flavours! Originally from Greece, Christina has been mixing ingredients and cooking since she was tall enough to reach the kitchen counter. Her career in all things sweet has gone from strength to strength, and in 2009 she moved to London to work at Tom Aikens' 1* Michelin Star restaurant. From there she worked in several fine-dining establishments, and was the Head Pastry Chef at Le Pont de la Tour.

Punk Cake Culture Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 100g Punk
- 30g Nutty
- 200ml Colourful
- 40g Creative
- 70g Curious
- 400ml Flavour Obsessed
- 90g Fun
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a company culture, then bake for a few months before covering in rainbow coloured buttercream. To finish, put a glitter cherry on top.
