Shipping policy
We process all website orders Monday - Sunday between 10am and 6pm. Orders placed over the weekend or after hours will be processed the following business day unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Options
London Cake Delivery
Delivery days & time slots:
We deliver Monday – Saturday
- 10:00AM - 6:00PM
And Sunday
- 10:00AM - 4PM
We can only guarantee the nominated day delivery, not the chosen/prefered time slot. These are estimated delivery times, slight delays might occur due to traffic.
Should you wish to discuss a 4 hours delivery slot with us please bear in mind that these bring a minimum £35 surcharge on top of the base delivery charge for your area.
Delivery range & rates:
We cover a wide range of London postcodes with our fast and reliable delivery service.
We typically deliver within the M25 but we can deliver beyond to request. Please contact us at hello@punkcake.rocks for more information.

Delivery rates & options:
-Next day UPS £8.90 for nominated delivery.
Order Confirmation
Following your purchase, our system will automatically dispatch an order confirmation email to the address you provided.
Damages
Upon arrival, please inspect any and all packaging of your orders. If any damage is noted on the packaging, make note of it at the time you sign for the delivery as this usually means the shipping company is at fault. If the items you ordered arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage to hello@punkcake.rocks and we will being the insurance claim process on your behalf. You must send us proof of the damage within an hour of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders that are cancelled 7 days before delivery date are refundable expect custom bespoke cakes where we cannot refund you. An admin fee of £10 will apply to all cancellations unless we are in fault. It is our strict policy to only issue refunds to the credit card that was used when originally placing the order.
Please note that for made to order items, we can not accept returns or cancellations.

It is our policy to only accept returns within 2 hours after receiving the delivery.
